In addition to our 25 Scotland holiday cottages we have The Back Packers Lodge.
The Lodge is located in a peaceful spot in the centre of the island with commanding views towards Loch Fada. It is quiet and peaceful with no other houses close by. The pub, shop and pier are 2 km away. The Lodge is very well equipped and has a large garden with lawns and shrubs and outdoor furniture.
The Lodge consists of a Victorian former gamekeeper's house and two traditional stone bothies adjacent to the house. The bothies are particularly rustic with exposed stone walls on the inside. The house is newly refurbished and is extremely comfortable.
Sleeping a maximum of 16 people in two separate buildings, for those on a budget, the Lodge is a peaceful and comfortable base from which to explore the island.

The Mill – Scotland holiday cottages

The Mill House is a beautifully restored old corn mill with the original mill wheel and stream. The house has been furnished to a very high standard.
PRICE RANGE: £375 - £1,235 per week
The Mill is located in a protected wooded glen with views to Loch Fada in the distance.
The ground floor has a cloakroom, large kitchen/dining room and a spacious and comfortable sitting room with a solid fuel stove and back boiler.
There are four bedrooms upstairs, one double, two twins and one with bunk beds. There are also two bathrooms, one with a shower.
All bedrooms have views across to Loch Fada and the hills beyond.
This house has a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer.
Please note that there is a minimum charge of 1 week for this property. It may be possible to reduce the rate for short breaks in some periods, please ask.
Pondside – Scotland holiday cottages

This pretty cottage is located near the pond in the beautiful woodland gardens. It has a sunny and very sheltered garden, which is south facing.
PRICE RANGE: £249 - £715 per week
On the ground floor there is a sitting room with an open fire, a kitchen/dining room, a double bedroom, bathroom with a shower and a utility room with an extra toilet.
Upstairs there are two attic twin bedrooms with dormer windows.
This house has a dishwasher, washing machine and drier.
This house has a small sitting room and kitchen/dining and is only suitable for a maximum of 4 adults or a family of 2 adults and 4 children.
