This large Victorian farmhouse has beautiful views towards Machrins Bay. It provides comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 3 families. This house has Egyptian cotton bed linen. On the western side of the island, the house is ideally located for the beach, golf course, hotel, shop and harbour.

PRICE RANGE: £500 - £2,100 per week

The house is decorated and furnished to a high standard. This house is provided with high quality egyptian cotton bed linen.

On the ground floor there is a sitting room with an open fire, a good sized dining room, kitchen with a Rayburn (which also boosts the water), one twin bedroom and a bathroom utility room with a bath and shower.

On the first floor there are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, one twin bedroom and a further bathroom.

The two attic rooms on the second floor each have twin beds.

The house is well equipped and has a dishwasher, separate freezer, washing machine and clothes dryer. The sitting room has an audio system with an ipod docking station.

Please note that there is a minimum charge of 1 week for this property. It may be possible to reduce the rate for short breaks in some periods, please ask.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Provisional bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 40% deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance, as the deposit is non-refundable.

Bookings will remain firm provided the deposit is received within 7 days.

The balance due must be received twelve weeks prior to the period booked. Bookings cancelled after this time will be charged full rental. Any changes to bookings prior to full payment may incur a £50 administration charge.

Payment should be made by debit card, credit card (incurs a 2% charge) or by cheque made payable to “Colonsay Estate Cottages". Cheques should be sent to The Bookings Office, Colonsay Estate Cottages, Isle of Colonsay, Argyll, PA61 7YP.

Colonsay Estate Cottages reserves the right to amend confirmed bookings with respect to accommodation and you will be notified of any alterations prior to your arrival. If it is not possible to find alternative accommodation you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and refunded in full.

Colonsay Estate Cottages expects properties to be left clean and tidy on departure and reserves the right to charge a minimum of £50 for properties left unclean on departure.

Electricity is charged separately. Your electricity meter will be read on arrival
and departure and you will be charged at cost.

If you are staying in a house or cottage and would like coal/anthracite delivered, it must be ordered at the time of final payment. The coal/anthracite is supplied in 25kg bags. The coal costs £11.00 inc VAT per bag.

A maximum of 2 dogs may be allowed by prior arrangement. There is a charge of £30 per dog.
