This traditional farmhouse is located down a short track and is quite close to the hotel, shop and the harbour. It is south facing, in an open sunny position, with extensive countryside views.

PRICE RANGE: £370 - £1,495 per week

 

On the ground floor there is a kitchen/dining room with a solid fuel stove and back boiler, a sitting room with an open fire, a twin bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Upstairs there is a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a large bedroom with four single beds and a bathroom.

The house is well equipped and has a dishwasher, washing machine and clothes drier. 

It has a large garden and lovely views southward to the hills. It is within five minutes walk of Colonsay hotel. 
 

Please note that there is a minimum charge of 1 week for this property. It may be possible to reduce the rate for short breaks in some periods, please ask.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Provisional bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 40% deposit. We strongly recommend that you take out holiday cancellation insurance, as the deposit is non-refundable.

Bookings will remain firm provided the deposit is received within 14 days.

The balance due must be received twelve weeks prior to the period booked. Bookings cancelled after this time will be charged full rental. Any changes to bookings prior to full payment may incur a £50 administration charge.

Payment should be made by debit card or credit card (incurs a 2% charge). 

Colonsay Estate Cottages reserves the right to amend confirmed bookings with respect to accommodation and you will be notified of any alterations prior to your arrival. If it is not possible to find alternative accommodation you will be notified at the earliest opportunity and refunded in full.

Colonsay Estate Cottages expects properties to be left clean and tidy on departure and reserves the right to charge a minimum of £50 for properties left unclean on departure.

Electricity is charged separately. Your electricity meter will be read on arrival
and departure and you will be charged at cost.

If you are staying in a house or cottage and would like coal/anthracite delivered, it must be ordered at the time of final payment. The coal/anthracite is supplied in 25kg bags. The coal costs £10.50 inc VAT per bag. The minimum order is 2 bags.

On arrival, a security deposit of £100 (apartments) or £200 (cottages) must be
paid, or credit card details given, to our Administration Manager. On departure,
the deposit will be refunded less the cost of electricity, any breakages and extra
cleaning costs.
